WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders ship within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. UK orders ship for £3.99, or free on orders over £100. Orders ship within 2-5 business days. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address before it leaves our warehouse.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If something isn't right, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll help sort out a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
